At Staples Printing, we strive for perfection in every order; if you are not completely satisfied with your custom prints, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please note that custom-designed products are eligible for replacement or credit if they arrive damaged or do not match your approved proof.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or report for replacement.
- 2.Submit Quality Documentation
For printing errors or shipping damage, please upload clear photos of the product and the packaging to help our quality assurance team process your claim.
- 3.Package Your Items
Print your provided return authorization label and securely pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
- 4.Receive Refund or Reprint
Once your return is inspected at our facility, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or expedite a corrected reprint at no additional cost.
